EDF European Dairy Farmers: Events

The "Day of Dairy Farmers" will take place in Nitra, Slovakia. At the Conferece we will present the EDF Activities with the focus on CoP results.

We will visit the farm of Jan Vonk in Goudriaan. Topics will be CO2 farming and the CoP

EDF Congress 2023 in Skövde, Sweden under the topic "Happy cows and Happy farmers - Let's make success togehter!"

Lunch to Lunch meeting with CoP workshop on the farms of Jesper Olsen in Sommersted and Erik Cremers in Jels. Topic of the workshop will be Farmer in the world market - Finance and commodities.

The meeting of EDF Finland will take place in Kaustinen at Virpi and Petri Paavola´s farm, the topic will be the CoP benchmarking.

The Swedish spring meeting will take place in Eskilstuna, Sweden. We will have farm visit with CoP workshop, group discussions comparing CoP results and lectures. Focus will be on costs for raising youngstock.

The EDF-UK Spring meeting will take place in Nottinghamshire. On the first Day we are visiting two farms and on the secound day visiting the the sutton Bonington Dairy at Nottingham University, were we will discuss milk production. Please find here the invitation.

The General Assembly of the Danish Branch will take place on the Farm of Herman Oerlemans ins Horsens. Another topic will be: Milking - routines and flow

The Meeting (10.20 until approx. 15 h) will take place at the farm of our members Luc and Jeroen Dejonckheere in Elverdinge. We will visit of the new barn and farm scale biogasplant.

The STAR Meeting will take place at the IBIS Hotel in Schiphol in the Netherlands.

Planned is the French Congress in Brittany.

Fall meeting of EDF Germany on the farm of Christian Cordes, 24997 Wanderup. The main topics will be the milk production in Schleswig-Holstein.

EDF Congress 2022 in Cork, Ireland under the topic "Sustainable Dairying - The Irish Story"

Meeting of the finnish Branch at one of the COP farms. We will discuss the new results and benchmarking with the group.

We will visit and and benchmark one of the COP farms.

The French Branch Meeting will take place in Le Mans. The topic are the CoP results from 2021. Steffi will join the meeting on the 1st of March.

We will have a "Teams"- meeting, the topic will be the Training of the new COP application.

Zoom call of the Irish national group to discuss and plan the EDF Congress 2022

The EDF French Congress will take place in Jura in the East of France. We will visit 2 farms, have workshop sessions, a cheese factory visit and social evenings.
